SuKarne Seasoned Skirt with Chile Verde

Ingredients

  • 2-8 Oz. SuKarne steaks seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 6 Green tomatillos boiled and strained
  • 1 Jalapeño Boiled along with tomatillo
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 Small onions chipped
  • Salt to taste
  • A blender
  • A small saucepan
  • 1 medium size skillet

For the SuKarne steak

In a medium size skillet with one tablespoon of oil on high heat sauté steaks for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with chile verde

For the Chile Verde

In the blender process all ingredients except oil. In a small preheated saucepan, place the 2 tablespoons of oil and the processed ingredients, bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve with SuKarne Steaks.
