Ingredients
- 2-8 Oz. SuKarne steaks seasoned with salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 6 Green tomatillos boiled and strained
- 1 Jalapeño Boiled along with tomatillo
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1/2 Cup cilantro chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 Small onions chipped
- Salt to taste
- A blender
- A small saucepan
- 1 medium size skillet

For the SuKarne steak
In a medium size skillet with one tablespoon of oil on high heat sauté steaks for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with chile verde
For the Chile Verde
In the blender process all ingredients except oil. In a small preheated saucepan,
place the 2 tablespoons of oil and the processed ingredients, bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for about 5 minutes,
season with salt and pepper and serve with SuKarne Steaks.
