SuKarne Seasoned Skirt for Steak Picado

Ingredients

  • 2-6 Oz. SuKarne steaks 1/2 inch diced seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 Small onion diced
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • Pinch of Thyme
  • 1 medium size tomato diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Large skillet

For the SuKarne Steak Picado

In a large skillet on high heat, with oil place SuKarne steak and sauté for about two minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, cover the skillet and let it cook for about 5 more minutes until vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with hot tortillas.
