Ingredients

• 2-8 Oz. SuKarne steaks seasoned with salt and pepper
• 2 Tablespoons oil
• 2 Medium size potatoes boiled for about 5 minutes and sliced.
• Salt and Pepper to taste.
• 1 large skillet

For the SuKarne Steak and Potatoes

In a large skillet on high heat with oil, place SuKarne steaks along with potatoes, both seasoned with salt and pepper. Sauté for about five minutes on each side, arrange on a plate over grilled or sauteed cactus paddle.
